Reprogramming Immunity to Eradicate Cancer
Who are we

Harnessing Synthetic Biology & Lipid Nanoparticle Engineering to deliver
Full-Viral Blueprints that Awaken the Body’s Own Defense Against Cancer.

Our Mission

To pioneer safe, scalable, and powerful immunotherapies that harness the body’s full immune potential against cancer.

Our Vision

Empowering global health utilizing Synthetic Biology with a universal RNA-Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) platform for cancer immunotherapies.

Our Edge

World-class expertise in Synthetic Biology and Lipid Nanoparticles with a next-gen modular platform mimicking natural viral infections without the risks.

ViVac is using synthetic biology and precision Lipid
Nanoparticle delivery to reprogram the immune system to fight cancer — safely and powerfully.

Targeted Activation. Controlled Replication. Lasting Immunity.

We’re engineering synthetic RNA that mimics the immune-stimulating power of natural viral infections — but with precision control, limiting replication to a single cycle for built-in safety.

A Novel Mode of Action

Synthetic RNA blueprints are delivered directly into tumors using precisely engineered Lipid Nanoparticles. Once inside, the RNA amplifies and produces virus-like particles that can infect tumor cells only once — triggering a powerful, localized immune response without uncontrolled replication.

Dual-Mechanism

The only intracellular (T-cell) and extracellular (antibody) activation of the Immune system using the entire viral blueprint.

Why it Matters

Current immunotherapies can be potent but unsafe, or safe but ineffective.

ViVac bridges that gap — by transforming the way the immune system sees cancer — starting the fight within the tumor, then mobilizing the body to pursue every trace of disease.

How it works
Prof. Lior Nissim

"We program RNA to behave like a virus — but only inside cancer cells."
